Nicole Christina, a psychotherapist of 30 years, interviews a wide variety of influential guests about the joys and challenges of aging. She calls herself "the Terry Gross of healthy aging".
Zestful Aging's mission is to share optimism about aging, and to challenge the negative and limiting stereotypes that are so harmful. Guests include authors, medical experts, athletes, artists, poets, advocates, researchers, and designers. A psychotherapist by training, Nicole's interviews go beyond soundbites; she prides herself in connecting with her guests in an intimate and vulnerable way.
