Each episode is made up of 3 segments totalling between 01:58:50 and 01:59:01 in length.

Public Radio International and the participating Broadcaster (indicating carriage selections and changes via the InfoSite or by calling their PRI Client Relations Manager), acknowledge and agree to the following provisions:

a) Broadcaster represents that Broadcaster is signatory to a current Affiliation Agreement with Public Radio International, the terms of which are applicable hereto.

b) Public Radio International will provide the named program(s) at the indicated time or times. However, Public Radio International will incur no liability for failure to provide the program for any reason whatsoever.

c) Broadcaster agrees to broadcast each program in its entirety and without alteration, including broadcasting the Public Radio International audio logo.

d) Public Radio International has acquired or plans to acquire underwriting support for part or all of the production and/or distribution costs of the program(s). Broadcaster agrees that all credits for such underwriting will be carried in their entirety.

e) Broadcaster may solicit underwriting support for local transmission costs and provide appropriate credit before and after the program and, if breaks are provided, during the program.

f) Broadcaster agrees to broadcast the program on the days and at the times Broadcaster has indicated via the InfoSite in conformance with the Broadcast Rights for each program selected.

g) Broadcaster agrees that distribution of this program for broadcast does not constitute publication, and that the Agreement does not constitute a sale of rights but is only a limited license to broadcast the program.

h) Broadcaster will make no other use of the program. No copy of the program may be retained following the broadcast.

i) Broadcaster agrees to provide Public Radio International with an affidavit of broadcast upon request.
