ComRadio
- Location: State College, PA
Established in 2003, ComRadio is a student-run, web-based radio station that broadcasts a nightly newscast, a variety of student talk shows, and play-by-play of all Penn State sports. The station has grown by leaps and bounds in just a few short years and several members of ComRadio have been recognized by the Hearst Journalism Awards program for their work. When student programming is not on the air, ComRadio supplements its coverage with Associated Press All-News Radio and soft rock music.
The station is supported by Penn State's College of Communications and broadcasts from its studios at Innovation Park in State College, Pennsylvania -- or as it's known to the faithful, Happy Valley.
