“Dare to Dream”

In May of 1997 the first taping of “The-All-You-Can-Eat Texas Music Café” TM was launched. By September 1997 only four months later, this unique variety music television program leaped into the national spotlight. Earning a slot on the NETA (National Educational Television Association) satellite, PBS stations across the country embraced this bold new program giving the TMC a regular Saturday evening weekly slot. Internationally, the TMC has aired on the AFRTS (Armed Forces Television and Radio Satellite) network to over 60 countries. Currently, producers of the TMC are creating season #5 of the Texas Music Café.
As the dream of three brothers, Jeff, T.J., and Chris (themselves frustrated musicians), the Ermoian Brothers sought to rectify the music industries inadequacies by creating an avenue of exposure for “undiscovered” artists. Being veterans of barbershop style-acoustic-folk-rock-hillbilly music (how they describe their band), the Ermoian Brothers were no strangers to the eclectic unformattable music. The brothers composed a plan to open a new avenue of exposure for talent such as their own.
Spearheaded by composer/studio owner/Executive producer/and youngest brother, Chris Ermoian vowed to put aside his own desire to become a spotlight performer in exchange for the opportunity to be a stepping-stone for other musicians such as himself. Chris’ unique ability to orchestrate the creative, untapped potential of the artists around him led to the eventual creation of what is now internationally known as “The-All-You-Can-Eat Texas Music Café.” TM
Now in it’s fifth season, the TMC continues it’s mission from the campus of
Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas. To learn more about the addition of a new radio show and magazine, check our web site at: WWW.TEXASMUSICCAFE.COM
