About Me

Amy O'Leary is a editor for The New York Times. Amy began as a multimedia producer for the paper, where her work was nominated for three Emmy awards. She has also been a features and technology reporter. Her radio work has appeared on This American Life, Radio Lab, On The Media, Studio 360 and Weekend America. She was the producer and host of WNYC's special series "The Tristan Mysteries" which aired in 2007.

Prior to that, Amy worked as a producer at "This American Life" and taught radio documentary in India. Amy is also the co-author of the programming book "WAP Development with WML and WMLScript" and a contributor to the McSweeney's humor collection "Created in Darkness by Troubled Americans."

She also serves on the advisory board of the Virginia Quarterly Review.
