A series of one hour radio shows featuring the best poetry being written today and music reflecting a theme. This fall our themes include Beds, Vegetables, Small Towns, Coffee, Toys, The West, Crowds, A Piece of Cake, Schooled, Funerals, and much more.

While our themes often reflect current events, holidays, or seasons, they do not refer to anything specific and can be played whenever a show fits your schedule. We also offer a media kit for every show we produce that has a show description, quotes about our theme, copyright free photos from Morguefile.com, and excerpts from poems you will hear in the show. This is for your convenience, and you are not required to use it. Our shows are always free.

Our shows are written, voiced and produced by academics with doctorates as well as undergraduates in college, and offer college students the opportunity to study what it takes to create a poetry and music radio show directed towards college and public radio audiences. Currently, we are working with professors and students at Georgia State University, Reinhardt University and the University of West Georgia. Hide full description
