Sound Poetry
Series produced by WFUV
Poems written and read by Janet Kaplan; made radio-friendly with sound and Music
Poet Janet Kaplan's work tells stories about family, immigration, Judaism, growing up, urban decay, and the universal pleasures of eating and awkwardness of being a teenager. They've been mixed with sound and music, sound fantastic if I do say so myself, and could easily be dropped into any program in need of sound or 4-5 minutes less of dead air.
