​When Kelsey Waldon picked up the guitar at13, she never looked back when I started playing and writing music. It was something that finally made everything make sense, and it was a very essential and healthy thing for me during my younger years, and still Over the past eight years, Kelsey Waldon’s life has changed drastically. Since moving to Nashville, she’s found her place in a lush, supportive, and versatile artist community. She’s released two albums, played with some of music’s biggest names, and toured nationally. She made her debut performance on the Grand Ole Opry at the hallowed Ryman Auditorium, and she’s already been bestowed with one of Nashville’s highest honors: playing the historic Station Inn,, Waldon remains humbled by her success. “I’ve spent a huge majority of my life studying my favorite records, my favorite songs, and my most-favorite singers,” she says, adding, “You never stop learning or gaining from it. I’m still doing it all the time… all the while still writing my own story and hopefully becoming an entity in my own right.” If one thing is set in stone with Kelsey Waldon, it’s that she does have a way — and it’s straight up from here.

Sera Cahoone is an singer-songwriter from Seattle, Washington. Cahoone's music combines elements of classic country-western and modern indie rock and lo-fi music Cahoone got her musical start on the drums at twelve years old. She had taken up drumming to combat anxiety, and found she had a talent and affinity for the instrument. She also played her brother's guitar and sang, In 1998, at the age of twenty-one, Cahoone moved to Seattle, Washington, when the snowboarding shop where she worked in Colorado opened a retail store in Washington state.She worked there for two years before quitting. She worked in a coffee shop and other odd jobs so she could focus on playing music.Cahoone played drums with various bands including Los Angeles singer-songwriter Patrick Park and most notably, Band of Horses. In 2006, Cahoone began to release solo work. Her first album was a self-released, self-titled record called Sera Cahoone, which was praised by indie-rock radio station KEXP along with NPR.Seattle indie newspaper The Stranger called Sera’s debut "a breathtaking collection of sad and dusky songs that reveal an artist of remarkable depth as well as a truly stunning voice." ​

The Quebe Sisters are an Americana band based in Dallas, Texas who perform a mix of progressive western swing, jazz-influenced swing, country, Texas-style fiddling, and western music. With her earthy, bluesy voice and fresh, unbridled approach to songwriting, Shannon McNally carries the great blues and blues-rock tradition on to a new generation of fans. From the early days of listening to folk-blues in her parents' record collection as she was growing up on Long Island, McNally has taken her music way beyond that to include soul-jazz and electric blues-rock, counting artists such as Bob Dylan, Leadbelly, Nina Simone, the Band, Emmylou Harris, and PJ Harvey as major influences.

Jamie Lin Wilson - “It’s a weird road we’re on right now––I guess it always has been,” Jamie Lin Wilson says. She’s sitting on her porch in D’Hanis, a tiny town on the Seco Creek in South Texas, not far from San Antonio. She laughs a little, then adds, “But nobody’s life is the same. There is no blueprint.”  Thank goodness for all the lonely paths Jamie’s had to find that no one else has taken. With a voice that slides in and out of notes with easy grace, a sly sense of humor, and lyrics that highlight the details most of us miss, Jamie creates stark vignettes: intimate conversations between friends who might be lovers and lovers who can’t be friends; kids hopping from stone to stone in a graveyard; the way rolling clouds can signal a new season. She lives and works in that sweet spot where folk and country meet––Guy Clark territory.   With her honeyed Texan twang and smart, relatable songs, Jamie Lin Wilson earned her stripes in the late 2000s fronting Americana outfit the Sidehill Gougers, then later as part of the close harmony country quartet the Trishas.
